1. Full Refund Guarantee –

If the purchased project does not work as shown in the official demo videos, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Request Timeline –

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.

3. Proof Required –

The customer must provide valid proof (screenshots, error details, or recorded video) showing that the project is not working as per the demo.

4. Technical Support First –

Before processing refunds, our support team will provide free technical assistance to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, a full refund will be processed.

5. No Refund For –

Incorrect setup due to missing dependencies or unsupported environment.
Misuse, code modification, or partial project implementation outside the original package.

6. Processing Time –

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
